ShurIQ · Report Grammar v0.2 · Internal Team Briefing

Eight methods and upgrades
shipping in the current build.

The structural evolution from AHA/Hasbro v1. Codifies three-tab deliverables, dual-graph topology, vertical-weighted Brand Power Scores, and observation/inference discipline across every prospect engagement.

Version: Grammar v0.2 Effective: April 2026 · TruData is first build Audience: Shur Creative Partners Team Classification: Internal
Group A · Structure

The editorial is now a canonical 19-section spec.

Seven groups, each with a specific cognitive job.

Group B · Deliverable

Every report now ships as three cross-linked artifacts.

Stack ranking is no longer optional. It grounds the narrative in industry-wide comparative reality.

Tab 01

Editorial

Longform narrative brief organized by the 19-section grammar. IBM Plex, warm-white ground, cobalt/warm/critical palette.

→ Editorial Agent
Tab 02

Viz Hub

Five viewport explorers: Network, Gap Radar, Brand Power, Discourse Flow, Composite Dashboard.

→ Viz Agent
Tab 03

Stack Ranking

Industry-wide 12-company comparative with the focal client highlighted. Every score flagged O or I.

→ Dedicated Stack-Rank Team
Group C · Methods

Eight upgrades, documented and ready to repeat.

Each now has a named pattern the team can invoke by reference.

METHOD 01
Structural Upgrade

Report Grammar v0.2

19 canonical sections across 7 groups (A–G). Group headers carry kicker + italic subtitle. Every section takes a qualifier NN · Group X. Key Insight Callouts surface three pull-quotes per section.

METHOD 02
New Pattern

Three-Tab Deliverable

Editorial + Viz Hub + Stack Ranking ship together, tightly cross-linked. Prospect sees exactly where they sit vs. 11 peers before reading a word.

METHOD 03
Scoring Upgrade

Brand Power Score — Vertical Weights

Five dimensions unchanged. What's new: vertical-specific weight profiles so a nonprofit is never compared to a consultancy. tech_services_v1 emphasizes Trust + Differentiation over raw Awareness.

METHOD 04
New Pattern

Dual-Graph InfraNodus

Two graphs per engagement: self-discourse (client's own copy) and industry discourse (competitor positioning). The delta between them is the negative space. The reframe falls out of that gap.

METHOD 05
Analyst Discipline

Observation / Inference Flagging

Every stack-rank score carries [O] observed or [I] inferred per dimension per company. Reader audits what's fact (partner badges, tenure) vs. analyst judgment. Slop-proof in one stroke.

METHOD 06
Workflow Pattern

Multi-Agent Team

Three to four parallel specialists per engagement: site-scrape, competitive-landscape, stack-rank, then editorial + viz. Each bounded, no cross-contamination.

METHOD 07
Workflow Pattern

Grounded-Then-Synthesized

Ironclad order: verbatim corpus → industry research → structural analysis → scoring → synthesis → artifacts → deploy + curl verify. No synthesis before grounding. No scoring before structure.

METHOD 08
New Pattern

The One-Line Reframe

Every report produces one sentence the client should adopt as their own — not a recommendation, a repositioning. It organizes §14 Reframe, §15 Conflict Map, and §16 Strategic Action Grid.

Detail · Method 04

How the dual graph exposes negative space.

The structural delta between how the client speaks and how the industry speaks.

Graph 01 · Self-Discourse

How they describe themselves

Seeded with verbatim website copy. Reveals internal clusters and the vocabulary the client has committed to publicly.

Graph 02 · Industry Discourse

How the industry describes itself

Seeded with competitor positioning and inflection-point language. Reveals the broader vocabulary the client is participating in — or not.

Detail · Method 07

The grounded-then-synthesized workflow.

No step runs out of order. Synthesis never precedes grounding.

It moves when you extend."

Organizes §14 · §15 · §16 of the editorial
